The basis of an electric car: lithium-ion batteries

You also need a sog. Battery management system, a safe container for the energy source as such as well as countless controllers. You can buy every component separately on the market, but this only makes sense if you are absolutely obsessed with details and have technical know-how. But as a rule, only sogs make sense.
