Stuttgart, 19. September 2007 – Ten years ago, the A-Class of Mercedes came to the market. The manufacturer celebrates this jubilee with the special model "Edition 10". The edition models can be recognized on 16-inch alurades in seven spoke design and painted on a matt silver and lacquered killer grille. In the word, on top of that, the edition benz gets a panoramic lamella ditch roof. A double roller system, which serves as a wind deflector when the roof extended, darkens the interior on request. Exclusively for the jubilee model conservation is the paint Mountainan. An "edition" plaque in the mirror triangle signs the special model discreetly.
Aluminum lines and fine leather
Inside there are trim parts in diagonal birth aluminum on the dashboard and on the treats. They form a contrast to the leather portions of steering wheel, shift levers and hand brake handle. Black leather holds the seat and leaning flats of the seat covered with fabric. In the femoral space there are velor fibmats with silver-decked edge and the embroidered logo "Edition". On board, the MP3-Fahy Radio "Audio 5" with CD player, AUX connection and six speakers.
Two body variants, seven engines
The "Edition 10" is offered both as three and Funfturer. In addition, the Lines Classic, Elegance and Avantgarde can be chosen. As a drive source, seven engines are available – three diesel and four gasoline engines. The range of services of the aggregates ranges from 82 hp (A 160 CDI) until 193 hp (A 200 Turbo).
From 21.182 euros
Prices for special models range from 21.182 Euro for the A 150 Threiturer Classic up to 29.244 Euro for the A 200 CDI Funftur Elegance. The manufacturer informs that compared to the list price the savings for the equipment can be up to 30 percent. For the edition model Mercedes still puts on top: for ten euros per month, there is a service contract that should cover all maintenance and repair work.
