The attachments are relevant for all body variants of the T5. The products will be on the Essen Motor Show 2009 (28. November to 6. December) introduced.
Stainless steel ball with LED daytime running lights
At the bottom of the front brewer, a so-called CityGuard can be mounted. This is a stainless steel ball with integrated LED daytime running lights, it costs 669 euros. There are a suitable stainless steel grill for 197 euros. For the price of 533 euros, an elastically raised front ball is available. According to Tuner, this corresponds to the EU guidelines for Fubgangerschutz and comes with an EC operating license.
High gloss threshold pipes
For the side sections of the T5 – both with a short and long wheelbase – are high gloss threshold tubes on offer. These are optionally available with integrated kicks to facilitate the entry and exit. The prices start at 630 euros. Self-adhesive side protection bars are intended to protect the paint and the body of stains of other vehicles or shopping carts. The customers can also order a rear leg and a chrome strip for the packing room flap. Alternatively, there is a stainless steel protective tube fixed to the bottom of the tailgate. An improved aerodynamics optionally allows a roof air or a rear spoiler fixed at the top of the flap.
